More than ever before, seniors are remaining in their own homes instead of moving to larger, licensed facilities. HomeCare provides that bit of non-medical, at-home assistance that seniors in Champaign County may need to allow them to remain independent and safe at home for just as long as possible.
Our HomeCare Assistants are able to provide the following non-medical assistance in your home or the home of someone you love:
All HomeCare Assistants are pre-screened, trained, and certified. A professional manager is available for supervisory support at all times. This provides us with the best possible staff and you with peace of mind.
Providing a few hours of relief for spouses or adult children providing care for a senior family member is a major role for HomeCare. Also, using HomeCare to provide some of the assistance needed by a senior leaves the family caregiver more time for other responsibilities such as work, marriage, personal health needs, and school activities - without guilt or worry. Just as importantly, it allows caregivers to spend quality time with the seniors they love instead of doing such things as vacuuming or running to the grocery store.
Besides our private pay services, HomeCare also particpates in the state subsidized program for seniors with limited assets.
